So far I've just been doing DVD's and running but really want to do more strenght training at home. All I have is a set of bumbells and need some help. What lifts should I do at what weight and how many reps? Basically I need a list of what lifts to do and of how many. I feel so dumb about lifiting. If it was written out for me what to do then I would be in good shape. HAHA!

Here's what I have been doing currently all with 12lb bumbell:

push up - 20
wide leg squats - 20
wide leg plie - 20
crunch - 20
oblique crunch - 20

curls - 10
front raise - 10
lateral raise - 10
shoulder press- 10
chest fly - 10
tricep extension - 10
tricep kickback - 10
bent over row - 10

push up - 20
wide leg squats - 20
plie - 20
crunch - 20
oblique crunch - 20

Should I be doing more lifts? reps? more/less weight? Need to add another lift? etc. TIA!

I've seen a site recommended for ppl who have little or no equipment called youareyourowngym.com. Haven't seen it myself, but perhaps it will have something you can use?
