It doesn't so much apply to me as it does to our family's lifestyle.

My 7 year old son came home today with a sheet to sign up for a 10 week running club at school!

He's a scrawny boy who just likes to play video games and watch tv. But I think that maybe since he's been seeing mom exercising that maybe he's become interested in physical activity too.

He's always enjoyed playing outside, but this is something quite different for him. I'm so very happy

That's brilliant My 6 year old daughter is starting football training at school today too... Oh I'd love to be able to witness that... 30 6yr olds running around after a ball!

She always trys to join in when I'm doing the 30DS dvd, but she sits down for the bits she doesn't like (i.e. most of it) and says Oh I'm not doing THAT mummy! Then she has the cheek to give out to me if I don't follow the cool down routine on the dvd ( I prefer to so my own stretching )

Now my dear, your challenge is to do some of that running with him
