Advice on How to Log My Exercise

Hello! I am wondering how to log my activity for a new DVD I just made my way through, well... 95% of the way through... It's the Bob Harper Inside Out Method pure burn/pure strength. I've been doing the 20 minute one and just logging it as strength training with minor calorie burn (I went to another sight and calculated it based on my weight). I have no idea how to log this thing I just did, though:happy: . Can anyone offer any suggestions? Has anyone else done this DVD and what do you think of it? Ive never really used weights before, but I'm loving it. Thanks!

  • Sorry, I can't help but I just did the hour long one today. I just used MFP's cals burned. It is hard with strength truaining because you burn longer after the workout.

    I think it is funny how everyone is all about Jillians workouts but you never hear about Bob's. I wonder why? I personally enjoy Bob waaaay more! :)
