    Thanks evey one I got alot of great advices I can't thank any of you more. I been Wanting to quit but trying to figure out how but I am going to keep on trying!

    Try the electronic cig. I spent a small fortune on them ut they are worth it. They are smoke and ash free. Fire free. oder free. You can smoke them anywhere. They did it for me.

    I used an electtronic cigarette and quit cold turkey after smoking for a 3rd of my life. It was horrible and the hardest thing I've ever done but also the most important thing I've ever done. I overdosed myself on baby carrots when I needed to chew on something.
