I just joined this sight. I was using another sight but it was hard to use. Ive been working out for about a month and I am trying to stay below 1500 calories and work out 3 hours a day but so far no weight loss just a sore body!! :sad:

Hello to everyone,
I'm 42 yrs old and have been trying to lose weight, it seems like forever. I just found this site, so I thought I would give it a try. I really like how it figures out everything for you, especially figuring in your exercise. Over the winter, I didn't really exercise at all. Since the weather has turned warmer, I have started my daily walks again. I really hope I keep up with this site. Stay strong everyone!0
