Ok, so the day after christmas I started the C25K program. 6 weeks in I injured my knee. I have tore it in 2 places and have to have surgery. Doctor told me to rest it and no more exercise. Ok, I cant not do that until mid april. Im already starting to gain weight back. What can I do, or what can help me stay motivated to get in some activity without hurting it more until I am post surgery and can get back into the swing of things. I feel like I am drowning in my fat. I am so bummed that I was doing so well and this happens and its a HUGE set back. Help!
