Hi there, I'm from the Wirral:smile:
Got 3 stone to shift and keep off. I'm a single mum and work full time. I Lost 5lb in the first week which gave me a boost. My main problem is being sat at a desk all day. Sounds simple - get moving, but its fitting it in with my son when I have to take him to his activities etc. I know I know - there are no buts (other than my rather large one!):blushing:

    Hi there,

    I have a deskjob too. I lost 8 kgs by working out just 1 hour a day at home! No supplies needed!
    Try :
    - slim in 6
    - turbo fire
    Those are some awesome programs.
    Im doing Insanity: The Asylum at the moment.
