New to MFP

Hey everyone

I started MFP about two weeks ago and have already lost a couple of pounds and already feel better! I've been on between 1500 and 1600 calories a day and go on walks a couple of times a week. My current end goal is to fit in a pair of jeans (size 14 uk) then take it from there. I also have a bike/elliptical which I use but think it over exaggerates the calories burned. If anyone has any tips for me I'd like to hear them. Or just get some support!

    Hi,
    I started MFP recently as well. I have a chronic illness (multiple sclerosis) and realized it might make a difference if I get healthy. Its amazing how easy it is to do this, with this website! Do you have any health tips for me?

    Hey yeah it easy if you're focused! Probably just to drink lots of water and exercise as much as you can. Everything in moderation!
