Need A Little Motivation

I'm a little disappointed I've gained 4 pounds this week...because it's so high I think it's water weight plus I've been being around 1500 calories. I just find it so hard to drink water consistently but my sodium count is usually way high so I really have to learn how to increase my water to counterbalance that...anyway even with that I'm still down 12 pounds overall. any tips on getting all my water down???
