CHALLENGE - Trying to lose 30(ish) pounds

This is a new challenge for those wanting to lose 30 pounds (or your own specific number) by June 1. There was a post a couple days ago that seemed to get people fired up. I'm new to posting on message boards, although I've been a stalker for quite a while. I'm posting this challenge to anyone interested in joining mainly to make myself accountable, but if others are motivated along the way, all the better.

We'll start small: Choose one goal for today. Tomorrow, ADD another to your list.
