30 Day Shred

Has anyone figured out calories burned doing Jillian's 30 day shred? Would love to record. Also, shred includes strength training every day. I thought that you were supposed to wait a day in between if using weights? Thanks!!!

The best way to do that is to wear a heart rate monitor while doing the workout. Everyones calorie burn will be deferent depending on heart rate and body weight.0

i use a hrm and i am 5ft 2 inches and around 133 right now and i burn anywhere from 168-220 in one session....0

I am 5'2" 115 lbs. I burn between 190 - 220 per session.0

I have not purchased an HRM yet and I just log it as circuit training.0
