I keep getting asked for the recipe for these things since they are in my food diary a lot, LOL! These are the perfect go-to snack or treat for when you need to elevate your energy level and/or your mood. They are also an excellent choice for endurance workouts like distance runs where you need something small to pack and eat on the go. These bars are allergy-free and vegan with raw cacao, dark chocolate and maca powder for keeping serotonin levels up and agave nectar for a low-glycemic sweetness. At around 100 calories each, you can enjoy these bars guilt-free, too! Cheers!

    Look good thanks. I have another easy No bake protein bars;
    2 cups oatmeal (1 C quick oats and 1 C regular)
    1/2 C peanut butter
    1 TB ground flax seed
    4 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1/2 C water

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread in an 8x8 or 9x9 pan lined in parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes and then cut into 12 squares. If you enter this recipe into the calculator they have about 144 cals and 10g protein.
    I like to add raisins or cranberries--about 1/4-1/2 cup.
    After you freeze I like to transfer to the refrigerator.
