    I just made something similar to this, as muffins;

    I can of pumpkin
    1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
    1 box of spice cake mix
    1 cup of water
    1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)

    Mix all together and scoop into muffin/cupcake pan (this makes about 18)

    Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350

    That's Next, Right after the Oatmeal Banana Cookies!!

    Substitute Truvia for the Splenda and *REAL* vanilla for the imitation, and you just might have a decent pumpkin loaf there. But it's not pie. Don't call it pie! :tongue:

    Very stange that everybody seems to be getting different results with this. I had to bake mine nearly 2x the amount of time indicated and it was STILL like a semi-mushy/weird tasting pumpkin pie.. Nothing even similar to the picture.
