I can't believe all the positive and lovely comments I've had. Thank you.
In reply, my starting weight was 265.8lb, I am 5ft4.5, it has taken 15 weeks to drop 39lb. I'm back to not being able to see it today, it must be that dress (then again I can't believe I was ever that fat to start with, think I'm in denial lol)
People are telling me I am an inspiration and asking me for advice, I think that's the biggest shock, I can honestly say that if I can do this anyone can. My best advice is watch sodium levels, you'd be amazed how many foods are logged with the sodium in g instead of mg, drink plenty of water and move more, if this helps one person I've done my good deed :drinker:
