Special K Challenge

I was wondering if anyone has tried to do the special k challenge. I thought about doing it but was wondering what people were doing to make it work. I've heard some people eat the cereal twice a day instead of a full meal.
Any suggestions or tips?

OMG I did it and I won't do it again, i wasnt losing that much weight and those meal bars and shakes really didnt fill me I ended up over eating with those things. Its just my opinion good luck :flowerforyou:0

It has 140 cals. So, you'd only eat 280 cals, plus dinner. Of course you will lose weight. You could do hat eating 280 cals of anything. I think it's a lame diet. I wouldn't do it. Bad for you. All carbs no protein. Plus, WTH is Special made of anyways? Just eat healthful foods. Don't fall for marketing.0
