Special K Challenge

I was wondering if anyone has tried to do the special k challenge. I thought about doing it but was wondering what people were doing to make it work. I've heard some people eat the cereal twice a day instead of a full meal.

Any suggestions or tips?

    High carbs and low protein, not my thing.

    OMG I did it and I won't do it again, i wasnt losing that much weight and those meal bars and shakes really didnt fill me I ended up over eating with those things. Its just my opinion good luck :flowerforyou:

    It has 140 cals. So, you'd only eat 280 cals, plus dinner. Of course you will lose weight. You could do hat eating 280 cals of anything. I think it's a lame diet. I wouldn't do it. Bad for you. All carbs no protein. Plus, WTH is Special made of anyways? Just eat healthful foods. Don't fall for marketing.

    But if you want to do it they have a really neat calender on their website to help you stay on track
