Any overweight girls have success with p90x? ... post and share with me please ... thinking about giving it another shot. I need to loose about 100lbs. The last time I tried it out I believe I wasnt eatting enough I ended up gaining weight, getting frustrated and stoping all together. I have the knowledge this time and really wanna try again.

My goal is to drop 25-30lbs. I did p90x and lost my 1st 20 and in the last 6 months I have had a lot of stress and lost sight of my goal and 10lb of stress weight (all belly :-( never had that before) came back! So as of Monday I am starting p90x lean and insanity hybrid schedule...
I love insanity but my knee can't handle it everyday. And I live p90x for the nutrition and weight training (I feel weird lifting weights in the gym)
Yes a main key is eating enough... When I realized I was couple hundred calls off for the day I just added another protein shake. At peak performance I used 4-6 scoops of muscle milk a day. Usually w water. Am or late night snack I would mix w fruit. I also kept my food BASIC. It's what works for me. No salt steamed or baked - most see this as flavorless but mrs. Dash has become my BFF!
I'd be happy to encourage you thru and of you have any ? Let me know....
Lets Bring it! And always try to dig deeper!
