Weight Lifting Split Workouts Question

So I have started going to the gym in the morning and have cut my workout down to 60 to 90 mins. (previously was doing closer to 120 at night but found too many excuses not to go). But now i don't have enough time for all of my weight lifting.
So I was trying to figure out how to split my workouts.
First Option:
Day 1: Arms; Day 2: Legs; Repeat
OR
Second Option:
Day 1: Back/Biceps/Abs; Day 2: Chest/Triceps; Day 3 Legs/Shoulders/Abs: Repeat.
I prefer the second option only because I will be able to get in and out of the gym in about 60 to 75 mins. But my primary concern with the Second Option is that it will be 3 days (possibly 4 if I have a rest day) until I get back to the same muscle group. Does that give too much rest time vs. alternating every other day?
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
