I've been using MFP a little over a month now. I love all the information and the ease of use. I'm 66 and boy I'm finding out how much more difficult it is to lose weight as you get older. Exercise other than walking is not really an option for me. I even tore a rotator cuff doing water aerobics. LOL but it's true, I've torn my rotator 3 times and my achilles tendon once so even being able to walk for any length of time is a new thing for me. I try to walk everyday weather permitting pushing a 2 yo grandson in the stroller. Friend me, I could use some diet support.
