Hi~

I am reading the book Never Say Diet and have started exercising 5 days a week.

I would like to lose 15 - 20 pounds.

Hoping that keeping track of what I am eating will help me!

    It really helped me my first week. Last week I lost 2.8 pounds. So, I say this site works....as long as you log EVERYTHING!! Welcome to the site and Good Luck on your journey. :happy:
