Should I worry about weight loss?

I am currently 5'4", 137lbs. My goal weight was originally 129, but I do not want to be just thin. I am working very hard toward muscle tone, so I began thinking, should I even have a goal weight or more of a measurement goal?

Definitely measurement goals. Track them once per month using MFP's "check-in" under My Home.
Don't freak out if the scale starts to creep up. If you begin a progressive weight lifting program (and you should) your weight will likely increase but your measurements will decrease. You will become smaller and stronger and avoid the dreaded "skinny fat" look.0
