hey everyone, I hope your journey at weight loss is a successful one!
I have lost about 30 lbs since may 08, and I am here to loss the extra weight I just can't seem to get off. I am a runner so exercise is no problem. I also do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred!! That video is amazing! Anyone that rather do videos than go to the gym I advise you get that one! I need this to track my intake of food. I am hoping for the best results!!!

Hi Courtney! Great job on losing the 30 # !! So great that you have the exercise part down! Jillian Michaels and running! WOOT! I work out regularly but it is most definately my nutrition that keeps me stuck. My fitness Pal has helped for sure with logging calories and paying attention! I've dropped weight consistently lately with 3 small but HUGELY effective tweaks!
1 Stopped eating before bedtime
2 stopped "Pigging out" after my workout (Why sabotage all that hard work!!??)
3 stopped wrecking a whole week of hard work with the weekend "free for all"
We can do this!! Keep at it! Here's to being fit and fabulous!!! :happy:
