Baby got back???

As a 5'2" girl with what seem to be A minuses and narrow hips, I've never had much of a figure let alone a butt, unless you counted the little bit of fat there, which may or may not have just been part of my love handles.

But now that I'm losing weight and exercising, I have an *kitten*! It's like a miracle! I didn't even know it could happen.

I still have a long way to go, but it's definitely something! Anyone have any booty tips? I mostly focus on my waist and legs during my work out, but the only butt exercise I know are squats!

  • Lunges are great also. And if you have a stadium somewhere or a stair stepper machine that will be awesome cardio and also work your glutes.
    Also, rock out some kick boxing and plyometrics!!

    I hear deadlifts and various squats are amazing for building your rear and keeping it high and round. :-)

    I need to start doing more lunges! And I do the stepping game on Wii Fit but I doubt that's as intense as it should be. :P Thank you both so much! :)
