Hey all obviously new here,but not new to fitness/bb boards. I mainly joined for the food calc and general discussions. I started training around 2 years ago. I was your average semi overweight, mid 30's desk job guy. Looked in the mirror one day and didn't recognize myself and new a change was in order and long overdue. I went from roughly 200lbs of mostly fat down to a leaner 172lbs and now I'm at a bulky 206, not too bad for 5'9''. My goals aren't to lose weight, just track my meals better and get my diet down right to keep growing of course.
