Back Boobs and Arm Flab

How can I get rid of my back boobs and the flab that hangs from my arms???

    if you are lifitng, make sure you work on your biceps AS WELL as triceps...many people think tricep work alone with get rid of your "Ciao-ito" but without a bicep to pull up you wont get far. back boobs...like under the bra around the ribs? stuff that works your rear delts...pulling the bar down to your chest and seated rows. If you aren't going to a gym (or if you are) push-ups and pull-ups are beautiful things. if you need assisance grab a chair and use one foot to give yourself a little boost on pull-ups and theres always girl push ups on your knees or put your hands under the cushions of your couch and do push ups from that position. Hope this helps...i'm no personal trainer :)
