SUGAR Question

I've noticed I am always going over the # of the my sugar intake per MFP. And as of now, I am already in the negative & I havent even ate lunch yet. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I am trying to loose some pounds especially on my March Maddess challenge. I am starting to feel like I am doing something wrong because the scale still looks that same. Also, what would you eat after a morning workout... should i eat a protein bar and then 2 hrs later eat my breakfast?
Thanks for you help.

first thing i see is that for some reason the milk you log has 11g of sugar in it, thats not right so look around for another entry in the database. beyond that your not that bad for sugar as far as i can tell, unfortunatley fruits have lots of sugar but those sugars are better than the proccessed ones so thats a slight comfort, cereals as well have a decent amount of sugars so i would reccomend oatmeal if you are trying to cut down on sugar.
as for post workout its your preference really, i always have a protein shake after i work out, it absorbs quicker and doenst have nearly as many carbs or sugars/sugar alcohals than bars do. your timing looks good to me depending on the type of eating you do, i.e several smaller meals throughout the day vs a few larger ones

your breakfast this morning has WAY too much sugar. your carbs are 80-something. really they should be no higher than 60. I would evaluate what you are eating for breakfast because the rest of the day look ok to me.0

The days your sugar is off the charts are the days you are eating a lot of packaged/processed/fast foods (frozen dinner, ketchup, McDonalds, Dariy Queen, candy bars, etc). Stay away from that stuff and your sugar levels will be fine.0

Ok, I didnt realize skim milk had a lot of sugar. I guess I"ll start eating egg whites & grits for breakfast. I really appreciate everyone's feedback. I got to revise my meal plan. Thanks again0
