lower back, rotated pelvis Injury

Three months ago I had a injury that created multiple contusions in my lower back, ripped and pulled muscles and ligaments as well as rotated my pelvis. Things have been SLOWLY improving as I would told it would.
I am wondering if anyone has had similar injury and how long theirs took to heal. Also if you have any suggestions as to exercises to do? My biggest issue currently is the pain in my hip from the tilted pelvis. Even walking beyond a moderate speed caused discomfort and pain.
I am in PT and have been for about 2 months.
