Better Overall Health and Wellness?

Have you noticed that the more you take care of the things that you put into your body, the more you start to take care of the other parts of your body too?

I just started by making sure that I ate the way that I needed too, and then I started to add in the recommended amount of exercise, now I'm even flossing more and sleeping more, and not missing the soda and cake like I used too. If more people would commit and take ownership of their bodies, then this world would so much better off.
