So i was in super supplements yesterday...I felt lost...so I asked the associate what they recommend when starting to work out. I told her i was looking to loose some pounds but didn't want anything that said "weight loss" or had anything like hydroxycut etc. She recommended a 3 a day multivitamin, liquid fish oil, a vegan protein shake and to my surprise cayenne pepper supplement. She said it helps with circulation and might help with making workouts a little bit more productive. I caved,fell for it and bought it but now im not so sure I want to take it! anyone ever taken cayenne pepper pills? I am curious how it made you feel or if its going to do much of anything but make me feel warm all day.

  • Hey go check out thecayennepepperdiet.com, i'm still researching it for you but so far have not found anything bad chicadee. It is also not the supplement so I will keep looking.
