I just bought soy milk, thinking it is better for me and there was a long enough expiration date, now what do I all do with it? Any ideas or favorite recipes?

You mean other than drink it? Just use it as you would normal milk. We drink soy only in our cereal, protein shakes, etc. That, or almond, sometimes cocunut also. We drink very little cow milk.0

just for future you should try coconut milk or almond milk instead of soy. soy is not really all that good for women. it acts like weak estrogen in the body. some people don't realize that so i always like to tell them so they can do their own research. it is also important for women who may want to become pregnant.0
