What's your preference and why?

Paper because I like to actually hold the magazine and flip the pages. I also like paper because for work I stare at a computer screen most of the day and it's better on my eyes to read a paper magazine

Edited to add why: The paper version doesn't run out of battery power in the middle of an article with I'm on a 12-hour bus ride.
