Hey, I have exactly the same problem...

I hope someone comes up with an answer :(
  • since you're walking/running, it should happen. I find that when I walk or run with longer strides I have to use my core muscles more and that works for a flatter belly area! Crunches don't flatten. they build muscles and if the muscle is under fat, the fat poofs out. :( keep walking/running. it'll happen! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

A combination of cardio and strength training is the most efficient way to lose fat....so try incorporating some core strengthening moves (planks, squats, dead lifts, push ups, burpies, etc.) as well as your cardio.

... But abs are made in the kitchen!

Try taking a very critical look at your eating habits. For me personally I've noticed I retain less water and lose more lbs. when I eat super clean. No processed foods (or max of 1 a day), 2-3 servings of protein, 3-4 servings of veggies, no more than 1 serving of complex carbs, 2-3 servings of fruit. Those are my goals everyday. I'm not perfect but on the days I really watch my sodium and really limit my carbs- I notice a true different in my belly fat.

    Good luck! :flowerforyou:
