Has anyone on here done Kosama? I am signed up to start in a little over a week and I'm just wondering what others' experiences have been with it. I'm really excited and can't wait to get in better shape!

Finishing up week 4 of the 8 week program. Enjoying it so far. Using MFP to watch the calories and doing 5-6 classes a week at Kosama. Down 10.5 lbs in the first 3 weeks and looks like another 3 this week. Improving the endurance and working my tail off in class. Bring a good sweat towel and a flip-top water bottle. Start hydrating a few days before the program starts!

No classes offered in Michigan :-(
I'll have to try and find a DVD0 -
That is fantastic Dennis! I'm so excited but very scared. I need to lose at least one size before May for the bridesmaid's dress I ordered two sizes too small as motivation. haha. What location do you go to? Do you do the early classes? Thanks for the tips, that will definitely help!0

How did Kosama work for you? I just started the 8 week session in Johnston last week.0

I'm sorry srsteier, I just saw your comment. Kosama is fantastic! I have joined on as an alumni. I go to the downtown Des Moines location. We just had our party last Thursday and I got the top spot for our class! (Not the best overall for everyone doing the 8 weeks, just for the 5 am class )
My bridesmaid dress that I ordered two sizes too small fit perfectly. I lost 18 pounds of fat and 7.5 inches total. I haven't posted any pictures yet but couldn't possibly be more excited about my results!0 -
Wow, that is wonderful news, both that the dress fit and more importantly that you made such a dramatic change in your health/body. I am loving Kosama too...a bit hairy making the time work with family committments, but it is happening. Just starting week 3. So far I have lost 4 lbs and increased my lean muscle mass by .2 lbs. At first I was disappointed with such a small increase in muscle mass, then thought, wait a minute...the pounds are going down and the lean mass is going up. So that means I have lost 4.2 lbs of fat in 2 weeks, right?! That is pretty darn good, and I hope it continues. I go to Kosama Johnston. Friend me if you'd like...0
