anyone in their 60's out there?

Hi, most pictures of folks on the site look young. The types of exercise you are all doing sounds amazing. I'm beginning with 10 minutes on the treadmill. Last year I lost 85 lbs. , kept it off for 6-7 months and a year later I have gained 20 back. I am putting the breaks on and think that this Fitness plan will teach me what I never learned about how to eat healthy and stay thin. I am wondering if anyone else is taking some time to figure it out. I l also haven't been able to exercise much due to a sciatica problem. I would not think about quitting, just wonder if anyone else is having trouble getting started with losing?
