Training For A Race

I need to start training for Savage Race, it's a 4.5 mile races with 29 different obstacles. I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on what I should do to get ready for it?

    Work on your running, and if you're not already, get cracking on that upper body strength. :-)

    If you checkout the tough mudder website there is a workout they have listed to prepare for it and its 13 miles
    the training video is funny also
