new to myfitnesspal and also jogging

hiya all im new member on this forum and also took jogging up at the start jan as after stopping playing football last april i put on over a stone in weight and now feel its time to shift the pounds and get myself back in shape and playing sports again

im currently jogging at a 8min per mile pace going out for 60mins 4 days a week and sticking to the 1500 cal on this site as best i can for over the last week what i was wanting to ask is...the 4 days of one hour jogging exercise plus 800 cals is says are getting burned off will this be enough to burn 2 pounds a week as the site says??

my start weight was 13.8 im now 13.2 and av just started on the 1500 cals a day
im looking to be 12.7 and then all be happy and maintain my weight from then
