Salmon cheesecake
Crust
Sleeve ritz veg crackers
3 tbl melted butter

Crush crackers and mix with butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Cook 375 for 8 min

Filling
Pint jar smoked salmon flaked
1 1/2 cup shredded smoked Gouda
2 pkg 8 ounce cream cheese room temp
1/4 cup each shredded Romano and parmesan
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp salt
One onion chopped very fine
½ c crème fraische
Half bunch parsley chopped fine

Mix together cook add to crust cook 40-50 min at 325

It says to cool and serve cold but we had ours warm.
