Can anyone recommend a low impact workout dvd? I have bad knees so I can't jump and run. There are so many out there and I've never worked out to a DVD. But I gotta start working out! Does anyone use the Wii Fit? If so, is it a good workout?

Leslie Samsone has some great walking DVDs that should get you started. Other videos have low impact modifiers, like some of the Biggest Loser DVDs.0

I agree Leslie Sansone has great low impact workouts. I use them daily. They are great if you do not have a lot of time, but want to get a quick cardio workout in. My favorites are the Walk at Home 5 mile fat burning walk and Walk away the pounds. You do not have to do all four or five miles. You can do a mile at a time. I work in an office, so I try to walk between 1 and 3 miles in the morning. It just gives me more energy for the day.0
