I have been using the app for this for about 4 months and for some reason I just can't seem to lose any weight. I diet and exercise but I just seem to fail. I have no motivation. I would love some friends to help motivate me and I can definitely motivate back in return

I'm relatively new to this site but it has an abundance of people who are on it and willing to share there success stories as well as give you hints to better nutrition and lifestyle. Just take one step at a time and modify your diet. I found by reading labels it has greatly increased my knowledge in what goes into my body. I think you'll really enjoy the feedback.0
