Need advice on a gym workout post Elbow/Upper arm-break

During Arm-gate (refer to profile) I have been paying for my gym without use and now I want to go back but am scared. Because I don't know what I am able to do. I know I cant really *use* my arms and swimming was one of my favourite things to do. I'd need a new gym plan; but what should I add to my new circuit?
