Hello all! I'm just trying to lose 10lbs and feel more fit for a summer vacation to colorado. I've been using MFP Mobile App for about 3 weeks now and I love it. The food database is ginormous! I love how the diary gives me a goal amount for fats, sugars, protein, etc...and I'm really trying to stick to them. I have a severe sweet tooth so it's been tough lol but that's me for now.

    Yes....I have a major sweet tooth as well, and that seems to be my biggest problem! We can help each other!!! :-D

    I have a sweet tooth also. This morning I was dying for some donut holes. Haven't had them in over a month. I was so proud of myself- I only ate 2 holes!!!! Self control.
