Hi all,
I'm looking for suggestions for something sweet and chocolately but not terrible for me! During a certain time of the month I end up going way over my calorie limit with things like cookie dough, chocolate, and more chocolate. What are some recipes you ladies out there use to satisfy those cravings but stay healthy?
Thanks!

Hi. I have a sweet tooth myself and what I have found is the Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie, 90 calories and the Nature Valley Protein Bar with Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate, 190 Calories. If I have plenty of calories left I go for the protein bar if not I settle with the Brownie. I hope this helps.

I slice up a banana, freeze it til it's pretty solid. Then blend it in a food processor with a teaspoon of dark cocoa. It has the texture and taste of soft serve ice cream.
I don't like bananas, but I will eat them like this.

I either do the frozen banana "fake ice cream" thingy (I add skim milk to mine, too), or I get one of those yoplait Whips chocolate yogurts and put it in the freezer. I love it, and I can't just gobble it down because it's frozen solid, it takes me a while to eat it.
