Why is this so hard!

I think I need to eat more calories, but I am scared too. I usually dont eat all my exercise calories back and I work out quite a bit. I am close to goal and still trying to eat 1200 calories a day. Or when I exercise I try to stay between 1400-1600 calories. I am 5'6 and 133.5. I take a weight lifting class 1-2xs a week, and do cardio about 5 times a week. I also take a yoga/pilates class once a week. Anyone have any advice for me? I would love to get down to 125, even though 130 would be great too. I just cant comprehend eating more to lose weight.

    What are your goals other than a weight target?

    You really should be eating more to nourish and repair your body after all of that activity.
