Hi! I'm not new here but I realized most of my friends on here are from north america so I figured it would be nice to have some europeans as well, especially since I'm from sweden myself.

So I'm 21, looking to tone up more than losing a lot of weight but I wouldn't mind getting rid of some body fat lol. Anyone in a similar situation? :)

    Hello everyone,

    I'm Portuguese and just started my marathon on loosing weight three days ago.
    I'm targeting to loose about 30 lbs in whatever time it will take, but preferably around summer I hope to be much more slim than today (cause of the beach and stuff...).
