Stress and Lack of Sleep hindering progress?

Hello!

Anyone out there think that possibly stress and not getting at least 7 hours a sleep a night is hindering their weight loss?

I can't think of any other reason for the plateau that I have hit. I mean sometimes I cheat with my food but I have stopped dropping weight.

However.... my stress and lack of sleep has increased 10 fold over the last few weeks. Anyone have an opinion about it? Or advice as to how to help?

    Hi there,

    Do you know what your stressors are ? Until you do it will be hard to get them checked and for you to sleep. As of late I have been crazy stressed and drained. I know what mine are and for me writing at night has helped..and if you have a boo and have no issues a quick cardio workout always helps.
