Hit a major plateau?

I started a fitness boot camp in January, where we compete against others to lose the most weight. At the beginning, I weighed 211 pounds. As of this morning, I weighed 197.6 (at my lowest this week, I was 196.9). I've only lost 2 pounds in the past 2 weeks, and I just feel disgusting all the time. The boot camps this week have kicked my butt and I feel like I've hit a major plateau, where I'm not losing any weight. I eat around 1400 calories a day (my nutritionist says I need between 1600-1800, but most days that is really hard to hit) and I eat overall really healthy compared to what I used to eat. I eat a lot of fruits and whole grains, and I try and stay away from processed foods.
I need motivation and advice on what to do. Has my body gotten used to everything I've been doing?
