Stay Consistent ;)

I just joined MFP and love the encouragement on the posts. I have been very all or nothing about fitness and heath..either super healthy working out on fire and addicted to fruits and veggies OR sitting on the couch mowing cheetos and chardonnay. Uhm not good.

Looking to get some consistency and KEEP it and not be so all or nothing. Appreciate all suggestions and I know we can do this. Best!
