Last month, for the first time, I participated in a similar thread. I found it very motivating.

Unfortunately that thread is being limited to only 150 people this month, understandably because the moderator charts everyone's progress (although it wasn't done last month due to the huge number of participants).

I am a mom, wife and on top of that I work full time so I would never attempt to track anyone's progress and quite frankly I think that's your responsibility anyway.

So.....if you want to be accountable only to yourself, hop on. We have 31 days this month to lose 5 pounds. You can do this!

BTW feel free to not only weigh in but to make some new friends in this journey! You deserve it! PS - if you join later that 3/1 just use that day as your start date. There are no rules here.
