Paleo peeps... I wanna see some food diaries of 1970+ cals

To all the Paleo eaters...
I am TRYING to head towards eating Paleo. Though I doubt I will ever be full blown Paleo....I love Jif PB and cheese too much.
I would like to make friends and see some peoples diet enteries. I am haveing a hard time getting the right macros in. I am always over in FAT but under in carbs and protein. I have my macros set at 35 carb 35 protein 30 fat.
I haven't finished reading the book I got..."The Paleo Diet Solution"- John Chatham.
It's a huge adjustment... may take me some time.
I am 5'10 and 246ish... And haven't lost the lbs like I thought. 7 lbs in 2 mos.... ugh. I up'd my cals from beginning @1370 for MFP... then taking in some suggestion have up'd it to 1970... Still need to up it on a couple of days to 2100...
BMR is suppose to be 1890.
So, anyway.. enough babbling...
I think if I see some example of daily eating from my peeps... it'll help me head in a right direction.
My food diary is open if someone wants to take a look and suggest/critque.

Hello,
For about 6+ months now I have been reading up on Paleo and doing it on & off. I reviewed the past week entrys in your food journal. I would say that you need to cut the grains completely...All wheat, barley, oats, rye, rice, corn, etc.. I think if you did this you would see much faster results towards your goals. It seems that you still have this everyday. I know it's a very hard thing to do as I struggle a lot. #2 would be cutting the sugar!
