Warrior Dash...suggestions?

I've been on MyFitnessPal since December 2011 and this is my first post, so work with me! :)

I'm doing the Warrior Dash in May in Kansas City. I've been doing some hardcore training by running a 5K everyday but I'm not sure what to expect obstacle-wise during it! Has anyone done it before? Do you have any suggestions about how I should train (ex: strength training, core workouts, etc)? I run the 5k in about 30 minutes so I'm doing well there...just need to know what to expect for the rest! Thanks in advance for all your help!

    I'm hoping to do the Warrior Dash too! If you look on their page under info, there is a link on the left for training. There are a group of videos showing what exercises you can do to prepare! This is my first post too, so we will see if this link works: http://warriordash.com/info.php#

    I haven't done the race before, but if you look on the page for your state, it should show the obstacles...
