Well some family came down tonight and took me to Golden Corral.. and I know I over-ate.. :-(
But my choices were different.. normally when I went to a buffet all I would get is pasta and rice dishes.
This time when I went I only got a tiny ammount of rice and the rest was protein (chicken and steak) and a lot of vegetables.
So while I feel bad about over-eating I feel somewhat happy that my choices are changing.

I do exactly what you do. Whenever I go to a buffet, I plan on eating a ridiculous amount of calories but the food choices I made are healthy ones. I stay away from the fried and look for the veggies, fish, and beef. I feel really bloated afterwards but I feel pretty good about all those nutrients I consumed.0

Yea I tried to add up how many I had and it came out to around 1400 cal for 1 meal, which still puts me under goal for today but still too much for one meal. At least it was mostly protein and veggies0
